Pole dancing and aerial training are one of the most unique, effective ways to sculpt and reshape the entire body. The average class can burn anywhere from 500 (beginning students) to 1200 (advanced students) calories. Both pole dancing and aerial arts mix cardio and strength training (using your own body weight) for a total body workout that's much more fun than getting on a treadmill or lifting weights. We start our students off with the basics and build strength/flexibility with our unique warm up and conditioning program and then evaluate each students fitness level so we can give them more personalized training. This way each student gets challenged at the perfect pace for them!
