All classes can be started at anytime and you can sign up online or call ahead up to 2hrs before the start of any class. Aerial/Pole classes have a max of 6-8 people and all other classes have a max of 15 to ensure each and every student gets plenty of attention and learns at their pace. This is a 1 hour mixed level class where we teach you how to master aerial arts. Each class begins with a group warm up and cool down stretching as well as conditioning drills with each apparatus specific to your fitness/experience level. After that we'll focus on teaching you tricks/movements at your pace and how to transition and sequence them. We'll follow that up by spending time as a class building a short routine with modifications based on level and ending with a freestyle dance. Each class burns anywhere from 700-1200 calories based on level and is ensured to leave you feeling like a Cirque star! We teach aerial silks/tissue, aerial hammock, lyra (aerial hoop), Corde Lisse (spanish web/rope) and more.
Fly Fit is 30 minutes of a killer aerial/pole workout. This is a circuit system class where various drills and exercises to build strength, tone, flexibility and endurance. We utilize all the aerial apparatus in this class and give modifications where needed to help you maximize your results. This a great class for beginning aerialists/pole dancers and those looking to improve the skills they already have.

In this 1hr class we'll focus on building a strong foundation on and off the pole through beginner's spins, transition and floor work. Pole 101 is meant for very beginners as well as newer polers. Each class we'll learn a new routine with modifications given where needed to help you build strength, flexibility, endurance and flow.
Contemporary dance is a beautiful, raw and emotional mix of ballet, modern and jazz exploring total body movement, line technique and individual expression. In this class we will explore contemporary by creating short routines and breaking down the movements to perfect technique and build a solid repertoire. Each week the routine will change introducing new movements, different aspects of the dance form, and sometimes revisiting old ones to perfect the skills. Make sure to bring socks/dance paws to this class if you have them.
In this 1 hour class we'll teach you the art of exotic dance by learning a sexy, sultry routine all while creating lean, flexible bodies with sexy curves. Every month we'll learn new choreography to an entire song with modifications depending on your fitness level. Routines can be floorwork, chair dance or lap dance based. This is a great class to help you polish up your floor work and learn to become more fluid in your dance moves with the added benefit of leaving you feeling sexy and strong. Learn the basics and beyond of floor acrobatics while building core strength and muscle tone. In this 1 hour class, we'll cover basic and advanced acrobatic tricks from headstands to back walkovers. This is the perfect class for improving your balance, control, and back flexibility, all while learning new skills (many of which translate nicely to the air). Yoga/Pilates mats are recommended for this class. If you don't have one, we'll provide one.
Aerial yoga is the practice of combining various yoga poses in an aerial hammock. The use of the hammock allows the body to get a deeper stretch, release tension throughout the body and mind, increase flexibility and proper alignment. Each class we'll go through a series of poses and stretches with our weight either partially or fully supported by the hammock giving modifications where needed. Make sure to bring water and a yoga/pilates mat to this class if you have one, if not we have extras.
In this 1hr class you'll traditional Chinese Pole and acrobatics to create incredible strength, endurance and stamina. Utilizing upper body and core muscles and all around agility to perform and execute various tricks. This is a great class for any guy looking for a new way to challenge yourself and get an amazing workout. All body types and levels of fitness welcome and shoes are preferred for this classs (acrobatic shoes, aquatic, ballet slippers, converse or anything clean and slightly grippy).
Kids naturally love to climb, hang and flip around and in this 1 hour class we will harness all that energy using aerial silks, hammocks, lyras and more. Each class we'll teach various aerial tricks/sequences and follow it up with building a routine on the various apparatus. Each child will learn at their pace with modifications given based on experience level. This class is meant for kids ages 10-15 years old.
Aerial 101 is for the beginning aerialist. In this 1 hour class we'll teach you the foundations of aerial arts and how to properly building strength and prepare the body to soar through the air. Each week we'll teach a series of beginners moves on various apparatus and teach you how to put them together in a short routine. Every week the routine will change giving you a chance to learn something new while perfecting your technique.
This is a 1hr open gym time to come in and practice your pole and aerial skills. A great chance to condition and polish moves, work on performance routines or just work off stress. There will be an instructor on hand to spot if needed but no instruction is offered during this time.
