Aerial Arts Classes
Aerial classes are designed to be progressive starting from the very beginning with level 1 and taking you into the air and flying through tricks and tumbles. Apparatuses we offer are silks, hammock and aerial hoop.
Class size limited to no more than 2 per apparatus with a max of 10. Instructor permission required for intermediate and advanced levels.
Hammock & Silks 1
BEGINNER/ALL LEVEL
New to flying or feeling a bit rusty? Level 1 is the perfect start for you. We’ll combine the best of both fabrics by mixing hammock and silks to build a strong fabric foundation. Level 1 has over 80 skills to build strength, endurance and flexibility. 1 hour
Silks 2
INTERMEDIATE
Instructor permission required
We are taking you to new heights in level 2. We’re starting to work off the ground and in the air with new sequences, climbs and tricks in the air including the coveted crossback straddle. 1 hour
Silks 3
INTERMEDIATE
Instructor permission required
We’ve got you climbing and flying in the air now but are you ready to get upside down? Level 3 is introducing inverting, ankle hanging and other gravity defying skills in the air. 1 hour
Silks 4
ADVANCED
Instructor permission required
You are serious about silks now! Level 4 is all about cooler climbs, fancier inverts and exciting new sequences. 1 hour
Hammock 2

It’s time to flip in and out! Level 2 is all about taking those foundations and amping them up with some fun new flips and tricks. 1 hour

Are you ready to start defying gravity? Level 3 is all about flags, fancy mounts and handstands in the fabric…yes we said handstands! 1 hour
Hammock 4
ADVANCED

You are serious about hammock now! Level 4 is next level hammock work with gravity defying sequences, poses and holds. 1 hour
Aerial Hoop 1
BEGINNER/ALL LEVEL
New to aerial hoop or feeling a bit rusty? This is your very first level of aerial hoop to build a strong foundation. Level 1 teaches over 40 skills including basic mounts, poses and sits. 1 hour
Aerial Hoop 2
INTERMEDIATE

Now that you’ve gotten those basics down it’s time to hang…literally. Level 2 introduces ankle hangs, back balances and more sequences. 1 hour
Aerial Hoop 3

It’s time to take your lyra work to new heights. Level 3 introduces basic top bar work as well as sequences using gazelles and other more advanced poses. 1 hour
Aerial Hoop 4
ADVANCED
Instructor permission required
You are a serious hooper now! Level 4 is all about top bar and gravity defying flips and rolls. 1 hour
Aerial Hoop 5
ADVANCED
Instructor permission required
We are flying in level 4 with some seriously amazing flips, rolls and poses like meat hooks and crocodiles. 1 hour
Aerial Tricks & Conditioning
BEGINNER/ALL LEVEL
Now that you’ve gotten those basics down it’s time to hang…literally. Level 2 introduces ankle hangs, back balances and more sequences. 1 hour
Fit n Flex
BEGINNER/ ALL LEVEL
Ready to train hard? Fit n flex is the perfect combination of body weight training and cardio to give you a great workout in a circuit style class using apparatuses like silks, hammocks, lyras and poles. This class combines conditioning drills for strength and endurance, flexibility training and a lot of fun in 1 hour.
Aerial Yoga
BEGINNER/ALL LEVEL
Stretch like you’ve never stretched before with the use of aerial hammocks while doing a yoga flow. The hammocks allow you to deepen and ease into poses for increased range of motion and increase balance. 1 hour
Aerial Flow
INTERMEDIATE

This class is all about choreography! Whether we’re working on a specific routine, learning skills and techniques to build your own routine or doing fun and creative games to figure out your own style on silks, hammock or aerial hoop. Must have gone through level 2 to take this class. 1 hour.
Aerial Drops & Conditioning
ADVANCED
Instructor permission required
It’s time to seriously defy gravity. The first half of class is dedicated to learning drops on silks, hammock or lyra as well as unique set ups and sequences with drops. The second half is all about building more strength and endurance for drops on and off the apparatuses. 1 hour
