Aerial Arts Classes

Aerial classes are designed to be progressive starting from the very beginning with level 1 and taking you into the air and flying through tricks and tumbles. Apparatuses we offer are silks, hammock and aerial hoop. Class size limited to no more than 1 per apparatus with a max of 5. Instructor permission required for intermediate and advanced levels. Regular classes are for ages 17 and up.

CORE CLASSES

SILKS 1: BASICS

LEVEL 1

This is for anyone new to silks or those that want a strong foundation in their fabric journey. You’ll get a perfect blend of strength and flexibility building along with creating a beautiful flow! We recommend at least 5-6 of these classes to set you up for aerial success!

SILKS 2: FUNDAMENTALS

LEVEL 2

Now that you’ve taken Silks Basics this is your next step in your fabric journey. We‘ll continue building a strong foundation working more footlock technique, climbing, inverts and basic sequencing.

SILKS 3: TRICKS

LEVEL 3

Now that you’ve mastered your Silks Fundamentals you’re ready to kick it up a notch with more footlocks, climbs, flips, tricks, sequences and beginning spin technique to build dynamic, graceful flow.

SILKS 4: INVERTS

LEVEL 4

You’ve mastered a large amount of footlocks, sequences and basic spin technique…now it’s time to get inverted and turn inside out! We’ll focus on taking your inverts into the air, creating intricate sequences out of them and building stamina.

SILKS 5: DROPS

LEVEL 5

Defying gravity is your MO and we support that! Now it’s time to drop it likes its hot with drop technique, strength poses and tricks and building it all into flawless, jaw dropping sequences.

LYRA 1: BASICS

LEVEL 1

This is for anyone new to lyra or those that want a strong foundation in their hoop journey. You’ll get a perfect blend of basic mounts, pose and create a beautiful flow! We recommend at least 5-6 of these classes to set you up for aerial success!

LYRA 2: FUNDAMENTALS

LEVEL 2

Now that you’ve taken Lyra Basics this is your next step in your lyra journey. We‘ll continue building your foundations working more poses, inverts and basic sequences to build a solid flow.

LYRA 3: TRICKS

LEVEL 3

Now that you’ve mastered your Lyra Fundamentals you’re ready to kick it up a notch with more rolls, tricks, sequences and beginning spin technique to build dynamic, graceful flow.

LYRA 4: INVERTS

LEVEL 4

You’ve mastered a large amount of rolls, sequences and basic spin technique…now it’s time to get inverted! We’ll focus on taking your inverts and tricks to the top bar, creating intricate sequences, working levels of your hoop and building stamina.

LYRA 5: DROPS

LEVEL 5

STRETCHING & CONDITIONING

AERIAL FIT

Just need a great workout and maybe some work on nemesis tricks? We got you covered! Use silks, lyras and hammocks for conditioning drills in an interval style workout. Think HIIT but kicked upside down! Add in time and training on nemesis skills and you’ve got Aerial Fit!
